Tony Alvarado Rivera was a very out teenager, winning awards for his pioneering activism. He continues to help youth now that he is out of school. he is currently working for Howard Brown Health Center’s Broadway Youth Center as the Program Coordinator of a new mentor program that connects LGBT Youth with LGBT Adults to build healthy positive relationships and foster intergenerational dialogue.
