Oostenbrug is a program development, proposal/grant writing, and evaluation consultant. A former resident of Boston and Washington, D.C., Paul has been a Frontrunner in each city. He won gold medals in the marathon in Chicago ( 2006 ) and Sydney ( 2002 ) , a silver in marathon in Amsterdam ( 1998 ) , and three track & field medals in Chicago ( 2006 ) . Paul is Vice President of Membership of the Federation of Gay Games and has served on the board of Team Chicago since 1998.
